TROY COWARD
Troys acting career has spanned over 27 years in the film industry with over 26 feature films, 36 short films and 45 TV commercials under his belt.
He also stared in Australia’s longest running soapy Neighbours and Dr Blake Murder Mysteries.
His raw natural talent & experience over the years has made Troy a stand out performer & one of Australias most sought after actors, working along side international Golden Globe nominated stars such as Katherine Langford, Luke Hemsworth, Ewin McGregor, Brenton Thwaites, Grant Bowler, Nathan Phillips, John Waters, Todd Lasance, Michael Munts, & Matt Nable just to name a few.
Troy Coward's first production was at age 12.
He's thrives in taking on various challenging roles in film and television, all of them memorable. Versatility is something actors strive to accomplish, Troy constantly demonstrates his incredible range, terrifying audiences with his menacing performance as Eddie Jones in “The Great Mint Swindle”, & Making audiences laugh with his comedic turn in the online hit “Super Dingo” going viral with over 1 million hits within the week.
Coached by several of Australia’s most respected teachers & artists for over 27 years. Troy is now being recognised internationally and sort after by big budget producers all over the globe.
Troy is possibly best known for staring in Australia's longest running soap drama Neighbours as boxing manager Lenny Ormond staring opposite Olympia Valance & other main cast.
With professional Troy's boxing skills at hand He’s also starred in Australia's no 1 TV series Dr Blake Murder Mysteries playing “Mad Dog Mickey Ellis” a psychopathic boxer staring alongside Craig McLachlan, & veteran John Waters amongst other top Australian actors.
Troy has also recently starred alongside Aboriginal Actor Clarence Ryan (lead) in the International Netflix hit Cleverman.
Troy is a super star in the making he was recently nominated for “Best Lead Actor” in LA for his work as the character Blair in “Red Dirt” Feature film.
